Vantage Property Partners GTA Request Quotes
Process

Four steps, and the contract stays yours.

From the first conversation to comparable quotes in your hand, with the insurance and WSIB documentation already checked.

Step 01
We take the
specification
Step 02
We go to
our network
Step 03
We verify before
you see anything
Step 04
You choose and
contract directly
01

We take the specification

A short call or a site visit. We collect lot size, entrances and walkway footage, trigger depth, salting scope, snow storage or hauling requirements, service hours, response window, and your insurance minimums. Once we have it, we will tell you honestly whether we can source for that site and on what timeline.

If you already have a tender document, send it and we will work from that.

02

We go to our network

The same written specification goes to contractors we have qualified for that property type and that part of the GTA. Same scope, same assumptions — so the numbers actually mean something when they come back. We tell you up front how many we are approaching and roughly how long they have to respond.

03

We verify before you see anything

Every contractor whose quote reaches you has provided:

  • A current Commercial General Liability certificate meeting your minimum
  • A WSIB clearance certificate in good standing
  • Equipment and crew capacity appropriate to the site
  • Commercial references we have contacted
04

You choose and contract directly

You receive the quotes that come back, with the supporting documentation, laid out for comparison. You select. You sign directly with that contractor.

We are happy to sit in on the handoff, and we stay reachable through the season if something needs sorting out — but your contract and your service relationship are yours.

What this costs you

Nothing.

The contractor pays a placement fee when a contract is signed. Our fee does not change your pricing — you are seeing competitive market quotes from operators who want the work.

We tell you this up front because you would find out anyway, and because you should know exactly who pays us.

What we don't do

We don't own trucks.

We do not push snow. We are not a subcontractor, a general contractor, or a management company, and we do not take a cut of your service payments.

We are the people who do the sourcing and vetting so you don't have to.

Start with one property.

No commitment. If the quotes aren't worth your time, you've lost nothing.
